This is a perfect trash can for our kitchen. The auto lid is a great feature to make cleanup easier. The top is large to be able to dump a lot of stuff and not have it hit the sides.

Good garbage can. Sensor works without any issues. Only issue I have is getting a full bag of garbage out is usually an issue. The bag gets stuck, and usually rips when pulling it out.

If the item worked, it would be a great buy. For $40 its a steal, it looks great. The problem is that it only worked for 4 days. On the fourth day it only opened halfway and then closes. After calling Insignia to trouble shoot, they just told me to return it. Too much of a hassle to repurchase and most likely have to bring it back to the store and return it. Its a shame, it could've been a great buy.

I bought one of these for my sister at Christmas she was skeptical at first but then loved the ease of auto opening when your hands are full. I was at her place and fell for it as well it’s a good investment.

I have had this trashfoe 2 years bow and still love it. It works great and I have no complaints on it. Batteries last over a year and I dont work and am home throwing stuff away all day so it fets lots of use. Well worth the $$! Thanks for a great product.

I like the wide lid. Good size for a family 4. We change yhe bag about 2/3 days, good value.

Love the automatic opening lid. It's perfect because you don't have to touch the lid, especially when you both hands are full. I am pleasantly surprised...it's a Best Buy brand and it's a good addition to my kitchen.

Works like a charm. It opens and closes just fine. Super easy to put a bag into and it stays in place. All the auto trash cans are overpriced I feel, but what isn't these days?!

works well. It is a good size. We are a family of 4 with toddlers so we take it out once a day, but it is the perfect size for us. The automatic door has been working well. I got a fantastic deal on it so that was another plus!

First trash can I every purchased that was $40 or more. Bought it on sale. It seems to go on sale a lot. I like it, and it's worth the money. Seals nice and keeps the smell of food from going through your house.

I love this trash can. I use it in my kitchen. I bought the smaller one for my bathroom. I love that I don’t have to touch the trash can to throw trash away. I got it on sale. You will not regret purchasing it.

We are very happy with this trash can. It was easy to set up the self-opening lid and it has been working great. I guess because of its shape, it seems to hold a little more than our previous circular can.

product overall is good; did come with a slight dent on the side when delivered to me but was able to push it out to satisfy myself...no issues so far...good item for a good price (on sale)

good quality 13 gal. automatic trash can. It's stainless steel outside, easy to clean. I will recommend it.

So glad I decide to upgrade our plastic trash can to this automated version. Sticky hands in the kitchen are no longer an issue! Simple wave over the top...and perfect fit for tall kitchen garbage bags.
