Automatic cover is slow to open even with brand new batteries. The button has to be pressed hard. Just an ok garbage can.

It is convenient to toss your trash. If your hands are full, no problem, wave your arm across the lid and it opens for you & closes. I really enjoy this product more than thought I would. It's Great!

But this one has already surpassed my expectations 2 yrs after purchase. Sensor is responsive. Fingerprint proof stainless steel. Holds 13 gallon garage bag. I would recommend.
