Great trash can

Bought two, one for trash and one for recycle. Easy to use and trash bags fit well and don’t get the big air bubble in them. A bit pricy but they usually go on sale.

Defective lid breaks past warranty

Like others have said after 1 year the lid only partially opens and new batteries will not fix it. Now expecting it to fail completely. I have another brand of trash can with sensor opening lid that is 6 years old that the lid still works on so will be replacing the Best Buy one.

If I would’ve payed the full price I would’ve returned it, due to the size. It is smaller than my previous kitchen trash bin. It’ll do in between switches.

Only downfall for me is I have a 130 lb Cane Corso that figured ojt that all he has to do is put his snout to the sensor. No fault to the device, it works fantastic.

The motion detection system opens and closes the stylish garbage can lid quickly allowing you to clear off food waste from plates, pots, and pans.

I have absolutely no problem with the lid opening as some Reviewer have described. I put my hand over the sensor and it opens. In fact, it opens with hand over 12 inches above the sensor. The one I have is very sensitive and that's okay with me!

( Every sense I see one at my friend's house) I really wanted to keep my dog out of the trash can. (Which worked until he figured out how to open it by himself )

Stainless steel garbage can with motion sensor

I do not have to touch it to open it. That’s great it your hands are full or dirty. It has a great lid/seal so no food will get under your bag. I expect this can to last a long time and stay clean unlike my last couple cans.

Works great, doesn’t kill the batteries, only annoyance (I live in a studio so it’s more of a space issue than product,) nearly every time I walk past them in the hall the trash can opens.

So far so good. I got a good deal on the Deal of the day. Make sure u have 3 D batteries to operate the automatic lid opener
