Switching batteries won’t help. I tried submitting a request via the support website, but the website kept having issues or showing down due to maintenance for 3 days.

It would be mush better if it had a cord, but thats not an option. But a product as this should not start to fail within the first year. The technology is great, but the practicality of it isnt up to date. I am going to have to return it or exchange it and if it wasnt for Total Tech w Best Buy, I would be struggling to figure it out bc I no longer have the box it came in.

Quit on me after 4 Months

I changed the batteries to make sure and still the lid doesn’t open. I’ll use it manually since I can’t return it anymore and don’t want to spend another $70 on a trash can.

It now opens half way and struggles to even open at all. I have tried changing batteries and it doesn't help.

I turned it backwards and it did not open AS MUCH. NOW when you open it to put something in it the lid will NOT CLOSE!

Stopped detecting movements
