    Damaged! Did not work brand new out the box. I thought battery was bad so I replaced batteries but still same issue! Returning item :(

    I’m not sure if the one I received was defective or not but it wouldn’t even recognize my hand unless it was right in front of the sensor and sometimes it still wouldn’t even work! Very disappointed in this product.

    I didnt like this trash can i had to be moving my hands in every direction before the trash can would sense my hand and open. Too exhausting for something that should be automatic. I returned it

    Waste of money unless you add protection, Insignia will not work with you to,repair or replace it. Save your money. I am done spending money at Best Buy!

    Worked great for set of batteries but after replacing opened 2 inches then zero. Trouble shooted with customer service waiting to return to try another one

    I returned because it was cheaply made. It look nice, but not sturdy at all. To thin and light, lid heavy because of D batteries

    Don’t waste your money. The sensor activated lid stopped working within 3 months. Now it’s just a regular trash can with a lid that doesn’t open.

    Bought this last February 2022 and not its not properly working. It will only open by like 15degrees. Also sensor is also not working properly.
