I bought this cooler as a Christmas gift last November. We love how it keeps cans and bottles handy and cold for us and out guests. Performance began to take second place to a noise in the fan area of the cooler. This started within the warrantee period, but got so noticible that I reached out to Best Buy to see what could happen. After following their direction (steps outlined in the owners manual, and already completed), I was told that although it was a matter of 2 weeks, the cooler was out of warranty, and not their responsibility to do anything but recommend I find someone to repair the cooler. This is where we have all come..........we can only buy these items online as they are not in the stores. I had to travel 2 hours to pick up this one on the other coast of Florida! The cooler was so highly rated I had a reasonable level of confidence. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for items that do not fail 2 weeks outside of the warranty period. Quite disappointed with Best Buy on this matter.

Overall, great fridge. If you keep the temp too close to low 30 degree temp cans will freeze towards the back.

Fridge was delivered January 20. Delivery guys instructed us to not plug fridge in for at least 24 hours to let it acclimate since they man handled it. Waited over 24 hours and plugged in and put some things in it. A couple of days later I took a pop out and thought it felt rather warm. The temp was set at 39 so I decided to buy some fridge thermometers to have it correlate the temp. Waited a couple of days and then put the thermometers in. I then dropped the temp to 37 waited a day to check the thermometer and it was not in the “refrigerator temp’ range. I then dropped it to the lowest setting 34 degrees waited a day and on my two thermometers the temperature showed 40 degrees. How can it have a 6 degree difference and pass quality? I then went to online chat since I purchased it online and they told me I was 1 day outside the return window and needed to setup an in store geek squad appointment. That was another 5 days because it was their earliest open time and the agent told me had I purchased the geek squad protection they would have sent someone to my home and exchange the fridge. Really???!! I then told him so to take care of this $150 fridge I would have had to buy a $50 geek squad protection to have it exchanged and it would have completed the terms of that protection plan consuming it and the new fridge would not have a protection plan?? I was hoping for an exchange. Excellent customer service. Needless to say I haven’t had a properly working beverage fridge for 3 weeks and have payed Best Buy the privilege to hold on to my fridge. For anyone buying any tech now, at the first sign of trouble take it in and exchange it don’t try to trouble shoot it, you’re just going to get burned.

Quiet and spacious beverage cooler. It was delivered quickly but with a small dent on the side. Not a big issue because its not visible.

So far so good. Fridge maintains temp settings, has great storage capacity. Only had the unit approx 2 months, hopefully it stands the rest of time.

The mini refrigerator is great, the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because it does not have a lock integrated.

although there were mixed reviews I'm very pleased with the cooler and the light illumination looks very cool in my man cave
