    The beverage cooler is great.....until it beeps excessively and displays the E4 sensor error code. The back of the fridge froze and was unusable at that point. You will spend $300 for a fridge to work for just over a year (just over warranty). At that point, customer service will tell you they can't help you. I was told it will be cheaper to buy a new one than to have it fixed. Buy another beverage cooler. Don't waste your money...

    After having the product for a few months it began leaking and ruined our wood floors. We contacted Best Buy and were told to contact Insignia. After contacting Insignia we were told it would need to be escalated to be reviewed to see if the damaged product could be replaced. It will take 24 to 48 hours and it may be declined because at the time of the call we did not have the serial number, just the order number and model # and shared the fact that it had been leaking for some time. Although the ladies were kind they left us feeling like we never want to order an Insignia product again if the warranty may or may not hold up, even though it's been less than a year, just barely 6 months the product has been in use.

    Check your order. Bought two of these for our basement. One came with cracked shelf, the other one with dented side. Customer service is no help.

    I’ve had this unit for a few days. It was in great shape when it arrived and turned on when it was plugged in. I left it empty and on for a day or so and it didn’t seem to be all that cold. I filled the fridge with 30 cans that were already chilled and left it overnight and placed a new thermometer on the middle rack where it was visible. The temp was set at 38 and my thermometer was reading 44-45. I’m a bit disappointed but will keep it due to the drinks being chilled just enough.

    E4 error

    Do not buy. After 2 years get an E4 Defrost sensor error. insignia lists this error code in their “guide” but there is No way to get a replacement part for this (should be like a simple $10 part/replacement). Insignia can’t tell me what the replacement part number should be they want you to have a “technician” look at it. Same with Best buy/Geek squad. There’s no easy access to where the actual replacement part would be. (It’s behind the coil). It’s out of warranty. They just want you to buy a whole new cooler. Money grab! This should be an easy fix as it’s a know error code/issue. Never buying Insignia product again.

    Nothing special… it works says its one size and comes in small. Functional but cheap. 300 dollars you get what you pay for

    My fridge arrived with a dent. I order ot to the store so it wouldn't come damage like the reviews said. It still came damage very disappointed
