    Works poorly as nothing ever gets cold although it’s set at the lowest possible setting.Appears to be well built just not a very good product so it’s worth your time to find something else in the mini fridge area

    The cooler is good for the price. The racks could have a few more options to better accommodate different bottles and/ or can sizes.

    I wish I would have read the other one star reviews on this item. While it looks absolutely beautiful, if delivery is your only option, DO NOT ORDER THIS. The first one I ordered came damaged - despite the box being fully in tact. The right top corner was banged up. We loaded this 100lb refrigerator into the backseat of a convertible and drove it back to the store to exchange it. Sadly, the Best Buy stores in my area don't carry this model, nor can it be shipped to the store. My only option: have another shipped to my home. Well, I just opened my new refrigerator and this one is damaged even worse than the first one I ordered! Before you order this for delivery, read the other one star reviews. This item is not packaged to be shipped. Despite it looking great, this is the second 100lb refrigerator I'm going to have load back into the car and drive back to the store.

    its been a couple years adn this thing keeps building up ice in the back near the cooling. i have to thaw it out every month. this wont last long doing this , will never buy again as its was pricey.

    Bought in December 2023 and now it will not cool. Just under 1 year and 9 months and now have a refrigerator for the scrap metal guys.

    Bought this product less than 2 years ago and it stopped working spontaneously last week. Reached out to customer service and was told that my only option would be to repurchase the item at full price. This is not a cheap item and I expected it to last a lot longer without having issues. Absolutely recommend against purchasing this item for anyone reading this. I was a big supporter of Best Buy prior to this but will no longer be a customer of theirs since they can’t stand by their own product.

    it always build ice no matter the temperature you put the digital display in also it stop cooling completely after 1.5 years. i wouldn't recommend to buy it but is you make sure you buy the protection plan for if not you will be screw

    Delivered with a dent in the top but had several issues with just getting it delivered in general so kept it.

    Fridge froze after less than 2 years. Like others, unable to purchase parts. Best Buy has essentially setup scheme to force you into using Geek Squad by selling inferior products. Almost any other manufacturer makes troubleshooting and parts readily available to replace yourself. Then in turn Geek Squad tells you that they can't actually help you. I feel duped and tricked and will likely not purchase another Best Buy brand again.

    I bought this to replace a 4 year old beverage fridge I bought at Sams. It looked identical, and I read it was actually the same, just a different name, just twice the price. I read the reviews, but gave it a try anyway. First I let it set for 24 hours before I plugged it in. First two days the temp read 34 on a free-standing thermometer. A great food-safe temp. Then the temp started fluctuating between 38 and 41. Mold will grow at 40. The temp never went below 38 after that, despite being set at 34 the whole time. Best Buy is coming to get it today. Kudos to Best Buy, a world class company for making the customer happy. Thumbs down to Insignia for not selling a quality product. I do not recommend this product.
