    I'm sure this is a great product and we were excited to use it, the design is very luxury looking but our product came delivered damaged.

    Damaged in the box. Waited to open box until ready for install after remodel. Bottom rear corner is very dented. Doesnt sit even. Was last one in stock so Im stuck with it. - Functionally its ok- doesnt show current temp so guessing its getting stuff cold enough.

    Buyer Beware: this mini fridge stopped getting cold at the one year mark. I called for a repair and they said sure bring it in we can replace or fix. I borrowed a truck and hauled it over for them to tell me in person that they can’t service it because it’s outside one year mark. Save your money and buy from somewhere else.

    Stopped Working After 6 Months

    Have had the beverage fridge for 6 months and loved it. It started freezing up during the hot months which was remedied by turning the temp up. Not ideal but it was hot and humid. Then 3 months later it started throwing an error code for defrost sensor. Will no longer run. Will be taking back to Best Buy. Disappointing since when it works, it’s a great little fridge.

    Don’t waste your time

    I bought two of these in high hopes of having a ton of storage for my basement bar. After having these for a little over a year, they started freezing up and bursting all of my cans. You need to unplug them for 3-5 days to reset and they will work for another month or so. If you’re going to spend money on a beverage cooler, buy something that won’t screw your over after The warranty runs out. Unless insignia is prepared to replace mine, don’t waste your money!!!!!

    Initially, the refrigerator worked great. There was very little sound when it was running and the finish on the unit was professional looking. Approximately nine months after the initial purchase, the unit started beeping constantly and showed and E4 error. Contacted Best Buy and they agreed to an exchange. We are hoping the next unit lasts longer than nine months.

    Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this beverage cooler specifically because it said it would cool to 34 F. I have had it now almost a week and even though I have it set to cool to 34F, the thermometer I placed inside shows it at 39F. This unit is no better than my old beverage cooler

    The refrigerator failed after 1 year and 3 months after purchase, exactly 3 months after warranty. During its life it was generally loud with a low pitch constant humming/rattling noise. The first one that was delivered was also shattered so there was an effort to get a replacement. A bad experience from the get go

    Great Little Fridge - Quiet, Cold, Well Designed

    awesome little fridge. The measurements on the site were exactly correct - it fit into the space I had planned out with less than 1mm gap which I appreciated. The bottom feet are adjustable, so keep that in mind. Keeping drinks very cool. Unit is quiet. You do have to be careful not to close too hard or the door will pop open. Very happy to have purchased this unit!

    I purchased this cooler in Oct 2021 and had no issues until Oct 2022. The temperature is set to 46 degrees but the fridge drops below freezing. Changing the temp or even turning off the unit at the top dis not help. I need to unplu the unit for the compressor to stop. This is nothing blockong or restricting the unit.

    It's not keeping my drinks freezing cold as I'd want it to. I have it set to 34 degrees which is the lowest and I was hoping for that ice-cold beer or Fresca but it's far from it. Very disappointed. I actually only have about 30 cans/bottles in it now, I'm worried it'll be even less effective once I load it up.

    Does not keep drinks cold on a consistent basis. I have only had this since 8/20, less then 3 months, and for the last month, its a toss-up if our drinks will be cold. I tried to put in a return, but I have passed my 60 day return period by a 2 weeks. Very disappointed waste of money.

    I guess if you only need a fridge for one year, try this out. I was hoping for it to last a bit longer than that. But once that warranty was up Insignia doesn't seem care that it stopped working. Not even offering troubleshooting steps. Look elsewhere.

    I HAVE CALLED 11 TIME SPOKEN TO OVER 25 PEOPLE EACH CALL IS OVER 45 MINUTES LONG MAINLY ON HOLD WHILE THEY REVIEW WHICH IS BS!!! CHAT ONLINE IS ALSO USELESS. YOU CHARGES ME TWICE FOR AND ITEM AND STILL CAN NOT GET A REFUND.

    Does not get cold. Do not put room temperature items in because they takes a long time to get slightly cool. The unit itself does look nice but better off with a small fridge.
