The frig is wonderful! But Best Buy's customer service is less than ideal. We picked it up at a store about 40 minutes away to avoid shipping costs and after getting it home realized there was a dent in the door frame. After much navigating, finally got to speak to an actual person and they were unwilling to offer any help/consolation aside from driving back to the store to return. I expected they would try to find a solution to accommodate on a small frig at this price. Couldn't speak to anyone in the store - they don't allow it - just a call center. Super frustrating and will hinder me from Best Buy in the future.

What’s the actual offer here for the 4th of July? The regular price was $279, and now it’s been raised to $369 just to drop it to $299 and make it look like a big discount? It’s still overpriced

Definitely not worth the money. I set it at its lowest temperature 34 degrees), bought a freezer thermometer to check it, and it will not get below 36 degrees, 2 degrees is a lot in my mind as everything is just cool, not cold. I’ve contacted Insignia and they won’t respond (horrible customer service. I’ve followed set up specs, tried loading it up, emptying it out, moving it around for more air flow, checked to make sure the fan is working and nothing helps. For this kind of money I want my beverages cold. I’m thinking of returning it as I’ve only had it for two weeks. I would definitely not purchase again. It gets two stars because it looks nice.

It is perfect for drinks and there is a good enough of room. The door does swing all the way open so be careful if you have this fridge next to a wall or another object.

The product itself is reasonably priced and function well. It cam with slight bump, and paint chip that probably happened during delivery. It should be packaged and handled better.

We are loving having space to keep all of our drinks cold. This does the job! Switching the door to open from the right was easy, too.

Fit nice under the counter. Good height so that it doesn't have too much gap.

Wish it had a better lighting system as well as having an option for a Blue light.

3yrs after having it . It started smelling like wires were burning on inside. I took it to best buys, and they said there was nothing they can do about it. I thought it was cover under my best. Buy protection plan, but they said it expired. This item is pretty expensive and I am looking. That ain't different.Manufacture it to purchasing the one.

Mine came dented up in the box. The box was not damaged so they are selling damage things. Less than one year its ability to cool became poor as some items not as cold and other areas would freeze. Look elsewhere.
