Failed 6 Months After Warranty Expired
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This worked well for 18 months until one day there was water underneath it and it was no longer cooling. Six months past warranty, and there’s a reason it’s only one year of protection. Very pretty to look at, but this was very lightly used and failed quickly . What a waste of money ($400 with tax!) and resources. I will never buy another Insignia product.

No longevity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned this for 14 months, and it’s been consistently leaking water for the past 2 weeks. Insignia customer service won’t do anything because it’s outside of the 1 year warranty. If you’re going to spend money on a nice beverage fridge, look elsewhere if you want it to last more than 400 days. Really disappointed in customer service not making this right.

Broke in 4 weeks

Doesnt get as cold as it should

Compressor started leaking in less than 3mo

This started happening less than 3 months of using the fridge. Looking behind the fridge around the compressor it appears to be leaking as there is a visible accumulation of some type of liquid, likely the r600a refrigerant.

Poorly made product

Apparently this is very common from the other reviews online. I emailed insignia customer service and was told it’s out of warranty. I definitely do not recommend buying this product.

Did not work at all

The next day I turned it on and I could hear it humming but it did not cool. I read and reread the manual, watched YouTube videos and nothing so I returned it and didn’t get another.

Short lifespan - temperature control issues

Unhappy

Have to lug the entire fridge to my closest best buy store to get them to take a look at it - they refuse in-home service due to the items "small" (100lb) size.
