Runs perfectly! The seal is so airtight on the lid that if you close it too hard, it's hard to open again! I love the little trays for organizing smaller items. Buying in bulk is the smart way to go; this thing has saved me so much money already.

The delivery team was exceptional at every instance. The call center failed me with over 20days of back and forth. Freezer works well and is now happily unbroken.

Freezer works wonderful so far and is the perfect size for us! The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were great. They took out the old freezer, installed the new freezer and got us all hooked up and running and answered any questions we had.

Very spacious interior, functions beautifully, started chilling up as soon as it was plugged in. Great, and necessary, edition to the home appliances. Perfect for it's price. Got to use a 10% discount (not always applicable), so it was a nice perk getting some extra savings! But really, just a beautiful freezer if you're looking for some extra food storage. My recommendation, keep it in the garage.

Floor freezer is very quiet and started to be very cold as soon as I plugged it in. This is a very good buy. The two men from Best Buy assembled it quickly. They was very respectful and most responsible in the way they handle things.

The freezer works fine, but the lock broke pretty quickly. I actually bought this freezer because it had a lock. You can find lower priced freezers without locks. The lock is really flimsy. It just screws on & pulling the door hard enough breaks the lock….defeats the purpose. Otherwise the freezer does everything else it’s supposed to do.

This freezer is great so far! Nice big space to put my 1/2 cow and other frozen items. Very fair price too.

I originally brought the 10ft freezer but it was a little small for our needs so exchanged it for the 14.0 cu ft and absolutely love the size and quality and it runs quietly, plus this one has a light and you can lock it, so for $50 more a better deal when on sale.

This deep freezer is the perfect size, I’m glad I went for the 14 cu ft instead of the 10. For a 2 person household who uses the freezer more then the refrigerator this size is perfect to stock up on meat, prepared food, meal prep, and preserving ingredients like fruit and veggies. It also came in handy for Thanksgiving. I was easily able to store two 20lb turkeys, freeze 2 pies, and still have plenty of room for my typical frozen items.
