Good freezer, mediocre delivery process

Delivery had its challenges though, the first date picked was cancelled the morning of due to issues with the truck. We were called and told we would be contacted to reschedule. We were never contacted, and I had to go online to coordinate delivery again which was another week out. Room for improvement.

We purchased one two years ago and it is still working well, so when our old freezer went out, we purchased another on of these.

It is the second one that we bought just like this. One has our beef that we bought (Whole Cow). The second ones has all of our jars of homemade salsa, spaghetti sauce, apple butter, corn and other vegetables. The light on the outside that lets you know it is operating is a great addition.
