Freezer

I plugged it in and checked a couple hours later it was cold enough to put my frozen items in. I continued to checking for the next two days and temperature was consistant.

I kept it but got this 14 cu ft freezer. It is working as intended and just in case, I bought the 5 yr Geeks Squad plan. This was a great value hundreds of dollar less than the named brands. I love it but there is a weird potential problem you need to know. I saw this in another review and it is true. If you let the lid down too hard or fast, it sometimes creates a seal that is really hard to lift it back up. I lift weights and have for 40 years, and I had to really put some muscle into it to lift it a couple of times. I found that if you just gently close the lid in a normal way it didn't happen. Might not occur with others but it did to me....
