I use the recommended level, 4, and it works efficiently. It turns on around every 2 hours on average. The baskets are also super great.

This is our second one of this freezer. We loved it so much we had to have a second one. I love that it comes with three baskets and not just one. Once you plug it in, it does not take long before it is getting cold. The freezer comes with a lock you can install.
