A minor criticism is that the locking feature is somewhat flimsy. It works, but isn't high quality. Overall though the freezer has been keeping its temperature well.

I could either keep it or get a $40 dollar gift card. I picked the latter. This unit is very spacious and freezes really well.

It is roomier than out old 20 CU, FT upright freezer. The 3 wire baskets hold a lot of our short term groceries, leaving the floor of the chest for our long term frozen foods.
