    The unit we received had dents inside but Best Buy gave me two options of compensation. I could either keep it or get a $40 dollar gift card. I picked the latter. This unit is very spacious and freezes really well.

    We've only had it for 3 weeks but it is working well so far. A minor criticism is that the locking feature is somewhat flimsy. It works, but isn't high quality. Overall though the freezer has been keeping its temperature well.
