Free Delivery- even took down to the basement

They also had free delivery which made the process that much better. Will be considering Best Buy from. Or in for large appliance.

The hinges "creak" even when lubed up. The silver lining is very tender and dents easily, when full, freezer has hard time keeping up with set temp. This is NOT in a garage rather house. The compressor has a loud "click" when it does cycle but does run, just a long time to maintain and yes, seals are fine.

Was the best price I could find for a Freezer this size. Not a huge fan of Insignia Products. I hope it lasts? It's on par with other brands in it's price rangeI think

My only real complaint is that there is a weird suction that can occur making it impossible to open with one hand. If you close it very gently that seems to help when opening it the next time.

Good Freezer, Horrible Customer Service

However, Best Buy customer service has been extremely disappointing. I bought this freezer 3 months ago and BBY delivered it & unboxed it. Unfortunately they discarded the locking mechanism in the process so I'm unable to lock the freezer. I went in-store and spent over an hour describing the issue to the staff. They eventually located the part in their system and promised to ship it to my address. Fast forward several months later and I haven't received the part. I now have a full freezer (with a lot of expensive meat) that won't lock. Extremely disappointing that they won't ship me a part that costs them 50 cents. I recommend the freezer but do NOT recommend buying from Best Buy. Will update this review if they ever resolve the issue but I'm not holding my breath.
