    We bought this freezer online and it was delivered exactly as requested. It works very well and we have absolutely no complaints about it. We would like to buy another basket or two for it but can't find them for separate purchase so we may need to buy adjustable ones from another vendor.

    So far so good have not had any problems with the freezer as of yet. One simple note if you slam the door down on the freezer, the pressure will make it difficult to open up.

    Was looking for a larger deep freezer and Best Buy had the best rate for a 14 cubit foot. They also had free delivery which made the process that much better. Will be considering Best Buy from. Or in for large appliance.

    Delivery was horrible, but once the Freezer was received, a whole week after Father's Day it seems decent. Was the best price I could find for a Freezer this size. Not a huge fan of Insignia Products. I hope it lasts? It's on par with other brands in it's price rangeI think
