So i dont know if it came like that from the factory. Gave me a gift card to keep it like that. I imagined i could buy the extended warranty with the 80dlls ask for 90dlls or it will be waste of time they will not let you use the gift card and a credit card and they will not offer a solution just to go to the store. But if you are not able to do so you can only trade it for another gift card and hope the damaged item doesnt break or brakes within the manufacturers warranty.

Luckily the only thing lost was some ice cream at the top of the freezer. Stuff at the bottom still was icy and hard showing that the insulation is good. The freezer is sufficient and not a terrible price, but could absolutely use some improvements.
