Luckily the only thing lost was some ice cream at the top of the freezer. Stuff at the bottom still was icy and hard showing that the insulation is good. The freezer is sufficient and not a terrible price, but could absolutely use some improvements.

It turned out to be a great mistake. I have bought the Best Buy 5 years protiction plan, so it would make my life easy dealing with any issues with the freezer in the future, and that turned out to be a joke. The freezer, which is the product of a company owned by Best Buy, broke after less than a month. I have been trying to get it repaired or replaced for more than ten days with no solution. I called the geek squad, and they promised to replace it, but that was an empty promise. Since then, I have been calling only to reach China, Banama city offices, and they have no idea how to handle the problem. It is my fault for buying that brand and also to trust Best Buy, which it is not what it used to be. So far, they do not deserve even one star.
