    Delivery was excellent, I just started using it so can’t really say, the outside is hot when turned on. It’s slow to freeze. 24hrs no solid ice

    New freezer died and noone will fix it!

    After 17 months, the freezer won't cool anymore! Called Insignia tech support and they asked a bunch of rudimentary questions (like is it against a wall and is the door closed), but then said they couldn't do anything about it! Called BestBuy and the Geek Squad technician told me they couldn't fix it, that they don't work on chest freezers. JUNK!! Waste of money!! Just past the warranty, it dies, and noone will fix it?

    DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER. I purchased this freezer on 6/4/2021 and it stopped working a month later. I called Bestbuy and they just gave me a customer service number to call. They said they couldn’t help me because it has been past 15 days. Brand new freezer not working after a month, yeah I’m not a happy customer!!!

    after one year, it turns on but does not cool. I would stay away from LG foreign sourced freezers. I lost $4000 worth of Wagyu meat

    This freezer stop working in less than 10 month. I don’t think this is reliable product. The starter relay went bad. I also doubt Best Buy is going to repair or replace it.

    Most brands have an extended warranty on compressors, but they do not. Compressor went out on mine in a year and a half and it would cost more for them to come look at it and tell me it can't be fixed then to buy a new one.

    I purchased 3 of these for my business. They are ok. The wiring of the electric cord that plugs into the outlet was loose. I had to tighten them down

    Lid not well insulated

    I have had my freezer plugged up for a few days to get cold. I had a towel laying on top of the lid when I picked it up this afternoon, I noticed the towel was very cold. It doesn't seem to have any leaks around the gasket, but the lid cannot be very insulated if it can make something on the outside get cold. I am very disappointed and am not looking forward to letting my husband know he will have to return the freezer.

    The light went out the very next day after delivery. This was communicated twice, and no one has taken care of it yet. The freezer was delivered with a deny, in which i also communicated, and nothing was done about it, as well.

    We bought the freezer at the end of August 2023 and by November 2023 the light has gone out. Hopefully Best Buy or the manufacturer will repair the light. This must be a lower end freezer.
