    Needs lower dividers, it is very hard to keep things in order without them, would be a lot easier to utilize the space.

    Bought this freezer to store our annual bulk meat purchases. Just opened it 13 month since purchase and it's cold inside but my items are THAWED. "That's ok, though, stuff happens and I bought the Geek Squad protection plan," I thought. Nope. While I do have the 3 years of protection in order for me to have the item diagnosed/repaired I have to bring it into the store since this 14.0 cubic foot freezer is INELIGIBLE FOR AT HOME REPAIR!!! HOW ON EARTH DOES THIS MAKE SENSE??????? Support people on bestbuy.com said this wouldn't be an issue because someone could come pick it up as part of the service plan but after calling the 800 number they give you to schedule the appointment I'm told that's not a thing and then had a rep place me on mute and then cold transfer me to a different rep because I guess as a customer service rep serving customers is not part of his job responsibilities.

    If I could give this item a zero I would. It stopped working 18 days into me having it Best Buy said there was nothing they could do for me it was past the 15 days and the manufacturer refused to assist me told me the item had to be in my home for 30 day+ in order to process a manufacturer defect. I want my money back please do not waste your money.

    Handle and lid broke after a couple weeks

    Freezer creates a vacuum when lid is closed. Very hard to open. Tore handle and lid drying to open. Bought two, only one had the issue, that is reason for 2 stars instead of 1. BestBuy wants me to schedule appointment and drive the freezer down to them, to take a look at it for warranty. Pictures and video won't work. Seriously?

    Delivery was excellent, I just started using it so can’t really say, the outside is hot when turned on. It’s slow to freeze. 24hrs no solid ice

    New freezer died and noone will fix it!

    After 17 months, the freezer won't cool anymore! Called Insignia tech support and they asked a bunch of rudimentary questions (like is it against a wall and is the door closed), but then said they couldn't do anything about it! Called BestBuy and the Geek Squad technician told me they couldn't fix it, that they don't work on chest freezers. JUNK!! Waste of money!! Just past the warranty, it dies, and noone will fix it?

    DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER. I purchased this freezer on 6/4/2021 and it stopped working a month later. I called Bestbuy and they just gave me a customer service number to call. They said they couldn’t help me because it has been past 15 days. Brand new freezer not working after a month, yeah I’m not a happy customer!!!

    This freezer stop working in less than 10 month. I don’t think this is reliable product. The starter relay went bad. I also doubt Best Buy is going to repair or replace it.

    Most brands have an extended warranty on compressors, but they do not. Compressor went out on mine in a year and a half and it would cost more for them to come look at it and tell me it can't be fixed then to buy a new one.

    I purchased 3 of these for my business. They are ok. The wiring of the electric cord that plugs into the outlet was loose. I had to tighten them down

    after one year, it turns on but does not cool. I would stay away from LG foreign sourced freezers. I lost $4000 worth of Wagyu meat

    Stopped working after 7 months. Was never packed full or exposed to elements. Still looks brand new but won't freeze. Working with warranty to hopefully get this resolved.

    Management gave me damaged product still have not received my $100 credit. I was lied to, and cannot get a gold of a manager! Worst customer service!

    Lid not well insulated

    I have had my freezer plugged up for a few days to get cold. I had a towel laying on top of the lid when I picked it up this afternoon, I noticed the towel was very cold. It doesn't seem to have any leaks around the gasket, but the lid cannot be very insulated if it can make something on the outside get cold. I am very disappointed and am not looking forward to letting my husband know he will have to return the freezer.
