Purchased for storing bulk restaurant frozen supplies. So far so good. No complaints. Works perfectly as intended. Installation people installed without any damages though it was to be installed in basement with only stair space available to go through.

So far, the freezer is working as hoped for and as expected. It was a fair/good price and if it continues to work well, it will prove to be a great purchase. Note...the only one we could find was located at a store approx. 60 miles from our normal/local Best Buy stores and store-to-store shipping wasn't offered. I know that due to the CO-VID crisis a lot of stores stopped the store-to-store transfer shipping but it would be nice if Best Buy (along with others) could/would find a way to bring the store-to-store option back into practice.

I love it and it’s keeping my meat and ice cream cold. Now I can put more meat and ice cream and icy in it.

The freezer chest is very nice quality. And even better with the price I paid for it. I highly recommend if you are in need of a decent sized chest this is the one to go with.

great price for a brand new 14..0 cu ft chest freezer. had to replace sears chest freeer after 10 years. hoping to get the same from this Insignia

What great big enough? I’m not sure why you need so many characters but the deep freezer are worth great. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s freeze as well. It’s well built and it’s big enough.

The freeze was delivered and set up in a very timely manner. It cools just fine. It doesn't feel as heavily made as some other brands, but it's functional, and that's great in my book. One other thing to note is that the lid of the freezer doesn't soft open or close, so pulling the unit out from the wall will stop the lid from hitting the wall behind it with force each time the freezer is opened.

Works great!!! My husband shot a moose this year & we were able to fit the whole thing inside.

1 month review! So far so good. I plugged this into a refrigerator surge protector with delay from the get go. I have it in my garage. Plenty of space inside and does what it is suppose to do(keep foods frozen). Very quiet machine. The green light indicator on the front lets you know its on. I also purchased the 5 year warranty to be on the safe side of things.

The fridge was light enough to carry (about 50kg), easy to set up. But it looks fragile, the handle and materials look very light. We will see with use how long and durable it will be.
