Hope it lasts !!

When picking it up from the Tupelo store, the "employees" flipped the freezer over and were going to load it upside down !!!!! As I need it for the next day and couldn't get another one in time I accepted it. Luckily it's working. Glad I purchase the warranty. Anyways, This is my first purchase from BB and will be VERY hesitant to purchase there again.

No margin to maintain temperature.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 freezers to store beef planned to be sold from our animals after they were slaughtered. To pass mandated State Dept of Agric.inspection for maintaining 0 degrees or below, the freezers must be run between settings 6 and 7. The operating manual recommends a setting of 4. At that setting the freezer runs at +20 degrees. Very dissapointed in lack of any margin in temperature adjustment.

Delivery Nightmare

I told them the business I was shipping to opens at 9am and they tried to deliver at 7am 3 times this was a nightmare.. I called customer service 5 times and was advised they noted it on the order. Same thing happen again and again until i missed the date for the international shippment cost me more money.. Never again in history !! No one seem to care I ask to reschedule since it was not my fault No one seem to care .. Worst service ever

Leaking fluid first time plugging it in.

Upon further inspection it was leaking coolant fluid. Best buy has a poor return policy and now we are having to go through manufacturer to solve this problem. Very frustrating for a brand new freezer.

Bad Purchase
