Both shelves can accommodate full gallon sized bottles and are tall enough for 2 liter bottles. It holds all of my condiments easily. The veggie drawer is roomy. The glass shelves are easy to clean. I like having separate controls for the fridge and the freezer, too. It's very quiet and the doors feel sturdy. And the interior light is bright. It isn't a bare bones appliance. Rather it is a very nice smallish fridge with nice features and a sturdy design.
I would recommend this to a friend Perfect for a small area.

Poor temp control and overall design -- do not buy

The overall design of freezer top is very poor for a relatively short refrigerator. It is very hard to see what is inside without bending over. This is exacerbated by the extra deep door shelves which means the regular shelves are pushed back. It is impossible to see anything on the top shelf when standing straight. The deep doors, while they look appealing, are bad as they put more food in a poorly cooled area. I discovered that the temps inside vary wildly from place to place (at the same time). The door is NEVER at or below 40, as it should be. I attempted to use the coldest setting (rather than next to coldest) and froze multiple items near the air outlets. The air distribution is very poor (evidenced by varying temps). This is exacerbated by the glass shelves; probably would have better performance with wire racks. In summary, do not buy this appliance.
