The freezer works but the refrigerator stopped part stopped working and wasn’t cooling the food. We had to throw some of the food out cause it got spoiled from the heat. They are replacing it at least but I have to be without a fridge for 5 days. They do honor the company one year warranty but it still a big inconvenience and I lost some money in food as well cause I had to throw things out.

Alot of water at that. We exchaged it and got a new one. The new one does the exact same thing. Now we’re trying to return it so we can get our money back for it

Could not tell you anything else about it. I will say Best Buy's did come get it and refunded my money. They worked with me to find a date to pick it up.

They plugged it in and it worked for 36 hours. The next morning we were catching a flight but I noticed it was running warm. We got home 72 hours later and everything was spoiled, it had stopped cooling. So I’m out about $500 in groceries and still don’t have a fridge. Using my fishing cooler to keep the Diet Coke cold and eating out every meal

The product work time relate to the ambient temp and the gear you set. if the ambient temp is low or the gear setting to low, the compressor working time will be very short and stop time will be long. you can set the freezer/fridge to coldest.
