    Had this product for less than a year and it broke down. We got our fridge December 7th, 2024. The freezer works but the refrigerator stopped part stopped working and wasn’t cooling the food. We had to throw some of the food out cause it got spoiled from the heat. They are replacing it at least but I have to be without a fridge for 5 days. They do honor the company one year warranty but it still a big inconvenience and I lost some money in food as well cause I had to throw things out.

    It was good at first but after a month, it started leaking water. Alot of water at that. We exchaged it and got a new one. The new one does the exact same thing. Now we’re trying to return it so we can get our money back for it

    I have owned this for 2 months and it does not work. It is under warranty but they said i have to bring it to the store and drop it off.....i paid for them to deliver when i bought it. This place is a scam! Do not buy from them theu dont honor warranty.

    Damaged product. Dent in side. Dents in the front. Could not tell you anything else about it. I will say Best Buy's did come get it and refunded my money. They worked with me to find a date to pick it up.

    Refrigerator was delivered right on time. They plugged it in and it worked for 36 hours. The next morning we were catching a flight but I noticed it was running warm. We got home 72 hours later and everything was spoiled, it had stopped cooling. So I’m out about $500 in groceries and still don’t have a fridge. Using my fishing cooler to keep the Diet Coke cold and eating out every meal

      Thanks for your review.
      The product work time relate to the ambient temp and the gear you set. if the ambient temp is low or the gear setting to low, the compressor working time will be very short and stop time will be long. you can set the freezer/fridge to coldest. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    I was given a defective product. There was no power cord with the refrigerator. No way to plug into the socket.

    Thw frdih3 door doesnt close, if yoi dont slam it and make sure its shut it will pop open.

    Great Choice for a Smaller Refrigerator!

    I needed a smaller refrigerator and this Insignia 14.2 Cu. Ft. was the perfect choice. It works great, looks good, and is exactly as advertised. It matches my stainless steel and black electric range and freezer and is the right size for a smaller kitchen.
