Old fridge decided to on me and I needed it as soon as possible. Ended up purchasing this for the price, size and deliverability. I ordered it on a Wednesday and got on Friday. Delivery drivers were also nice and very helpful.

And the delivery men were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. My only issue dealt with the initial order. My old refrigerator broke down and I went online to find a quick replacement and The did told be I could get this item in 2 days and someone would call with delivery window. I have confirmation in my email with that delivery date. No one called, so I called and was told, NO it would be 2 more days (despite my email confirmation). Then it changed to Friday mid conversation. Very bad

Information was inconsistent, delivery was a nightmare, and the delivery guys could not have been more rude. Won't be buying anymore from them.

Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

However, it arrived without one. The refrigerator itself is very basic—nothing special—and definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all. The representative was rude and offered no real solution. Instead of acknowledging the misleading photo, they just told me to buy a separate ice maker or purchase a different refrigerator altogether. I asked them to cancel the order, but they still haven’t done it. I keep getting messages from Best Buy trying to reschedule the delivery. Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this product or the customer service behind it.
