Four months old many problems

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So when I first got this fridge, I noticed that yes it worked and items were getting cold however I noticed that the freezer wouldn’t stop running. Everything gets so frozen and full of frost for some reason the frost free is not working right also, once the frost builds up too much it literally stops my refrigerator section from getting the optimal cold so I literally have to defrost the freezer once a month. I have the freezer on the lowest setting and it’s still constantly has frost buildup and I have the refrigerator on the coldest setting and I feel lik like my items in the refrigerator are chilled, but not cold as they should be leading to things spoiling sooner than later and the fridge having a smell very disappointed in this fridge. I’ve only owned it for such a short time and it’s not doing the basic things I needed to do. only reason why I’m giving it two stars is cause it looks nice.

Hurricane relief!

Bought it after our’s got flooded in hurricane Milton. We were so happy to be able to order it online and have it delivered quickly. It’s the perfect size for our needs.

However, Best buy service team stepped in and handled it FAST. They delivered a new refrigerator, and it's been roses since then! I have a smaller kitchen and this thing is GREAT!

Just went bad, so I lost cost of freezer and $500 worth of frozen goods. Makes me very fearful about this Fridge. I did buy the five year warrenty, but hope it's quality is better than freezers, as it is never easy nor convient to get warrenty fufilled. Salesman talked me into it, was going to buy LG.
