In combination with an adequate usb-c cable it can power the docking station and charge my laptop at the same time.

Warning- not anywhere close to 140W

No where near the 140W it says (I don't have electrical engineering tools to check but my laptop said it was low and slow). Missed the return window because of a snow storm but certainly would not have kept.
