The functionality of this switching power supply (as opposed to a transformer) has worked flawlessly so far. The voltage is variable from 1.5 volts DC - 12 volts DC, and it comes with several different sized, interchangeable tips for whatever given piece of equipment you're needing to power. The part that was very disappointing for me, and which makes this unit only SEMI-UNIVERSAL, is that the polarity cannot be switched. Therefore, it is very limiting on a variety of items. Some pieces are negative tipped, some are positive tipped. This unit can only be used on positive tipped pieces of equipment. MAJOR oversight, in my opinion.

Bought this to replace the adapter that came with my sling box. I had bought an aftermarket adapter from EBay to save some money. That particular adapter only lasted for 4 months then died. I took a chance buying this one as it’s a little more expensive but really didn’t want to bother buying another from eBay. This one has worked flawlessly and with the different tips that come with it if I have problem with a different item at home I can try it out before buying another.

Works as advertised. Needed it for a device we'd lost the adapter for, but have already used it for another that we have two of, but only one adapter. Kind of provides us with a security blanket as we're always hustling adapters that seemingly aren't where we thought we left them.

It does the job well so far. I like the versatility of it. And think that I will be able to use it for many things.

Getting that new puppy at Christmastime is great fun, kids laughing, cute photos and more cherished memories than you can count... especially that one when he chewed through the 12v power adapter cord and took out all cable, phone and internet service like he was a covert ops pro while you're working from home on that important report. Thankfully, BestBuy had this adapter with a multitude of end-jack options, so I only had to make one trip to get back online.

This has variable plug ins to fit most electronics with the round plug in. Also adjusts for the voltage needed. Pretty much universal. Great buy.

This one has all the features you could want in an ac adapter and it is relatively inexpensive.

I was looking for a charger for my laptop and I could not find it anywhere online but best buy had my back and they have everything I need. I was told that they only just one phone call away. so i went online and ordered this charger and it works flawlessly with my computer.

Worked out nicely. Sales person escorted me through the parking lot to insure one of the adapters would fit my grand daughters electric piano and yes it did...........I just don't know what I'll do with the rest of that adapters.
