I bought an off brand before from another company and it didn’t work so I sent it back to them. I prefer to shop at BestBuy because I get quality, its is working right for the purpose. I’m happy with my purchase.

Got this product because I lost a power adapter to one of my electronics. It is easy to use, and it works just as good as the original.

This product fits almost any electronic. There are multiple tips to fit most 12 volt items and adjustable voltage.

I lost my blood pressure cuff charger. This universal charger allowed me to continue to use it and I can also charge a lantern (I also lost that charger). The variable voltage and interchangeable tips make it very versitile.

Since I am no longer a precocious youngster who grew up with technology items as playtoys, I did need to read the instructions in order to figure out what I was doing wrong in trying to use this item. Once I followed the easy to understand directions, the converter worked perfectly.

It looked like my DSL router had died. There were two possibilities. 1) The more expensive router died. 2) The cheaper router’s power supply died. I wasn’t sure. Took a chance and purchased this item and plugged it in when I got home. Yep. Solved it with the cheaper solution. Really liked all the different power plugs supplied making this a versatile tool for any other item I own if I need to test for another power supply failure in the future.

this is a great adapter good quality and connects to almost anything. you cant go wrong with this one.

I lost my original adapter for my breast pump machine. This has the right adapt and you are able to adjust the voltage. The only thing was my adapter will often turn off while plugs in. I would have to adjust it to turn it back on. Not sure if it’s the adapter itself, or my wall outlet.

This is a really good charger. Good for a number of things.

Bought this while travelling and didn't have HP laptop power supply with me, and needed quickly. This worked out fine. Was concerned when I opened package and realized that polarity was not reversible like some other universal power supplies, but turned out fine. Works like it should.

I needed a couple of power supplies for two LED light panels for photography rather than change batteries frequently. As long as you need less 12VDC or less, this works well. Probably not good as a laptop replacement which typically uses higher current.

This adapter is very convenient to have around. It has 6 different sizes and is compatible with a lot of electronics

This adapter works great! It was easy to set up with the correct connector and I like the fact that it is easy to switch out the connector heads. It truly is a universal adapter and great value for the money.

Got this for an itoma alarm clock i bought without an ac adapter from a second hand store very rare brand why i bought it. Works like a charm has all the barrel heads mentioned in the description voltage toggle is easy to figure just slide till your device beeps or led lights up.

We used this to power our tire balancer (Snap-On wanted over $100 for a replacement power block), and it works amazing! Definitely a good budget-friendly alternative to power electronics when the factory power block fails or is lost!
