Picked it up, brought it home, looked for the proper plug and made sure it was the right polarity, and it worked just fine! Been going strong five months now, no issues that I've noticed. A little more than I wanted to spend, but it's better than waiting a week.

Apparently device manufacturers no longer offer replacements, so this is the only way to move forward. That said, while this could be described as a bit of overkill, it does offer universal fit and fix. No issues so far.

The multiple tips and switchable voltage should fit most every application. It worked for me. It isn't sleek and modern but it is functional.
