Super easy annd universal and was just what I needed! + works for other things I also have!

Love this. My Alexa dock power cord broke at the tip and I couldn’t find the actual replacement and this was exactly what I needed. It’s also helped with my laptop that I needed and some other devices I needed to charge or power on. This is perfect! Thank you. And the various voltage switch, yes. Works like a charm.

I wanted a cord for portable DVD player. This was the only one that they had in store. It was more than I planned to pay, but comes with a bunch of different size connectors and you can adjust the voltage! I would recommend this cord for vareity of items that you can use it with!!

I needed an AC Adapter for a radio on my night stand as the one that came with the radio became damaged. After a frustrating search, I finally found what I needed on Best Buy's website. Needless to say, I was overjoyed to find it at a store where I have done quite a bit of business and have always been satisfied. I have found that Best Buy carries quality products and if by chance you have any problem with your purchase, they always strive to make you happy.

No issues. I did not find the tip i was looking for due to this only working with certain products, but its good enough for common appliances and gadgets.

I needed this adapter to power some security cameras I am trying to reset for a customer. This set worked perfectly, it provides the correct voltage and had the perfect fitting plug. Great little adapter, it fits in my backpack so I can go to my customer's location. Awesome tool for an IT Tech.

Does exactly what the box says. Good product that comes with all the fittings you would possibly recommend. Works with my retro consoles which is what i was looking for, especially since you can change the voltage.

My infra-red re-emitter failed during a recent service event caused by our power company. I decided to first try replacing the 12VDC power pack used by the system. Best Buy Geeks and associates were very helpful as well as pointing out multiple output settings available. Installed it and everything worked like a champ and I was a happy camper. Saved me some extra expense and trouble not replacing the complete system.

I would give this 5 stars but i only had this for a few months. It is perfect because you can use this with different devices and you can change the voltage !! I bought this for my grandmas motion sensor and it works perfect.
