Just what I needed!

When I went online to try to find a replacement I had zero luck! Thankfully I ran into just the right guy at the Brookfield store that suggested giving this a try. Low and behold it works! And it works for a whole lot of other devices too!

I called our local battery shop to see if they carried wall plugs for Sony DVD players so I was going to throw away the player but the guy said try Best Buy
