The first place was to complicated to assemble. The second place did not have what I need. Best Buy was my third choice and I found what I need. It was Easy to assemble .

Insignia AC Adapter

Unfortunately, the second time shorted the adapter. Luckily I found the Insignia AC adapter at Best Buy! Cheap and did the job! The alternate was buying another modem or ordering an adapter through Arris. Way too expensive!

It was easy to charge my product.

The Geek squad person was able to find me the correct charger to use on my camera. It was very easy to find the correct nipple to plug into my product and it was charged in no time. It is compact and eady to carry
