Was able to get to Best Buy and pick this item up and restore my firewall immediately. Originally liked the idea of having the USB port to charge a phone while working in the equipment cabinet but, found out that this device does not work that way...either plug something into the cable OR plug something into the USB....not both.

The nice thing about this charger was the selectable voltage and the different tips which allows multiple uses for the charger.

Store clerk had a hard time finding an ac adapter, basically the kids in the store had no idea what one was. I think they have only ever known USB chargers.

The blue light was on the adapter, so the electricity was on. It connected just fine to my digital keyboard & regular phone/alarm clock. The key board didn't work, but the clock did, or so I thought. The phone also had battery back-up. After a month, I woke up late one morning. Yes, it was still connected. The batteries were dead. It had really been running on the batteries! It was too late to return it!
