It is suppose to be 15 watts and it is only 5 watts. 70 percent of the time when you put the phone on it either will start charging for a few minutes or simply not charge at all. I honestly should have known better than to buy anything made by Insignia aka (CHINESE KNOCK OFF). Lesson learned now after this being my 12th purchase of something made by Insignia.

Did all troubleshooting to ensure issue wasn’t user error. This thing is a dud. I wouldn’t take another one if it was free. I returned it after a day and went with a well known product with stellar ratings. Go with Belkin or Magsafe if you have an iPhone. You’ll certainly be happy you did.
