However, it won’t charge newer phones with installed popsockets. I’ve gotten it to work a couple times but only charged until the phone went into sleep mode. Unreliable product. In our experience, our snug-fit cases have to be removed. So cumbersome that I’d rather use the lightning cord to charge. Returning this once post-Christmas madness dies down.

Slow charging if using thicker phone case.

• Make sure that your device is positioned correctly
on your charging pad.
• Make sure that there are no other objects on the charging pad.
• Remove your device’s case. It may be blocking the wireless signal.

It also uses a poorly thought out ac adapter that takes up multiple spaces on a power strip and has a proprietary plug at the end instead of a usb type like other wireless chargers. A few times the adapter was making a noise like a cars windshield wipers. Fas charging only works half the time when it does connect.

There would be less charge on the phone after it sat on the charger than before. I couldn't tell you if it was the phone or this charger but when trouble shooting and I'm told to take the case off that is a non starter. It is far easier to simply plug it in. I returned it. Was no hassle to return it to Best Buy

I planned to give my Tzuni to my mother. It's been working for 1.5 years and has a great charge indicator light. This Insignia has a light you can barely see. This Insignia is a piece of crap. You get what you pay for, but I expected more for $25. I guess I'll throw this away and spend $30+ on a brand I can count on.

Does not work well for iPhone 12

We tried switching them around, unplugging them, placing them on a different surface, and the only thing that worked was restarting the phones. It's much faster to just plug in a lightning cable.
