    Does not work consistently. I'm not sure if it was the case on the phone or what, but after the return period was up, the charger would stop charging part way through the night. It was a toss up every night as to whether it charged the phone or not. If you don't have a case it might work but there's no real telling.

    This charger does not work with your phone case on the phone. You will have to take your case off to get a full charge or buy a Qi case or a very tin case for it to even start working. The charger and phone gets very HOT. I would never recommend this charger.

    Great in the short term, but like other reviews it’s cheaply made and has been flaky since day one. The unit sometimes charges and sometimes it does not. After a few months of ownership the status LED on the front burnt out and now a few weeks later the unit is completely useless it does not work.

    I should have listened to other 1 star reviews, it's not charging phone fast, first day using, after charging phone for good two hours from 18% it manages to get to 38%, I am not really impressed on the product. Its not a good charger.

    The worst charger that you can buy. I have had 2 of them fail on me, and unlike other online sellers, BestBuy refused to provide me a replacement. Please look for other options.

    I have been disappointed with this charger. When i put phone on to start charging it charges fir a few mint and then just stops charging on its own and a red light starts blinking. I have to pick phone up, wait fir light to go off and set phone back on. It happens often

    I bought this around Christmas because my phone charger went out on me. I was told by a phone specialist at the store that this would work perfectly for the phone I had. Unfortunately, she was completely wrong. Took it back and ended up buying a new phone.

    I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. I rely on it to change my phone at night while sleeping and most days when I wake up it never charged it. I’m going back to just plugging my phone in, at least then I know it will be charged in the morning.

    Doesn't work well with my iPhone 13, and when it does, it requires taking the protective case off my phone in order to get it to charge. Completely inconvenient.

    Most of the time it doesn't work. I put it on the charger and it lights up like it is working then in the morning my phone will be dead.

    The worst charger i have owned. It wouldn't charge at a fast rate and even at the slow rate it would shut down after 1 hour, and it only comes with a 3-foot power cord, not a USB cable.

    It may be the lowest priced wireless charging pad, and that's what you get for. It does not charge very well, that you have to check if it's still charging, and then reposition the phone again. Such a waste of time
