The cover/back of it was loose when it arrived, but I was able to snap it back on. The second time I used it, it fell off and the little light bulb looking thing fell out. It's very hard to fit into the charging socket and you have to give serious grip and wiggle it to remove it. We have many Insignia products and have never had a problem with them, but this charger is garbage. Literally. And it's not worth a 30 minute ride to Best Buy to return it.

Definitely a disappointment

I wasted my thirty bucks. I think I’m going to just use phone cord with USB adapter in my car from now on as I have wasted too much money buying car chargers.

The salesperson who advised me which car charger would fit iPhone 14 Pro Max was incorrect. She stated this one was my only choice for a one-piece item. Now I'm forced to make another trip to exchange for something else. In the end my gas costs will far outweigh what this charger is worth.
