Sometimes I have to wiggle it around to get a good connection in my car, but it does charge my phone as long as the connection is good.

at least the USB works

Any way a returned that one for this. With this the wires are still intact but it doesn't charge, almost like the pins are moved or a contactor broke. Luckily I have a USB cable to use with the USB port.
