Had it looked at and discovered that the refrigerant was leaking from a piece that was braised together by the manufacturer. I reached out through Best Buy’s website and never got a response. Finally called and waited on hold for 25 minutes to be told that because I was outside the warranty period there was nothing they would do for me. I just wasted $600 and hardly got any use out of it. Don’t waste your time or your money on this product.

The first one was delivered with the power cord severely damaged, so it was returned. The second one delivered had a large dent on the corner of the unit so that one was also returned. We finally got a third one that did appear damaged, so that is the one we kept. We set the unit to the coldest temperature, however the drinks never seemed to get very cold at all. It is now March 2023 and the unit stopped cooling all together and we are in the process of trying to just get our money back to go with a different brand. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

The unit is not over filled and may have 2 cases of beverages loaded. I saw some comments stating the beverages shouldn’t be crowding the sides/back and they’re not.
