they couldn't supply an undamaged product

Gave up after receiving the 2nd unit dented and crushed in the back panel. Not worth the time and effort to pick up damaged product to return and get yet another unit damaged.

First one lasted a month, second arrived dented

Refuse to run at all and the compressor had died. I had to drive it back to the store and they ordered another one to be shipped to my home. It took about a week or so and when it arrived it was damaged inside the box which actually was not damaged. This one seems to work even though it has a big dent on it. Glad I got the four year service plan. It’s the only item I would ever put a service plan on but I didn’t trust the name insignia and it turns out it was for good reason.

Get warranty

Very disappointing look elsewhere make sure to get the warranty.

DISAPPOINTMENT

They both worked for perfectly for about 2 weeks and then one of them stop cooking. A couple of days after that one stopped cooling I noticed that the beverages in my other cooler isn’t getting as cold as they use to in the beginning. This is very disappointing considering the amount of money that I paid for them and the fact that I had to drive 2.5 hours from my home to pick them up. Back to the drawing board for me..../

stopped working!!!

Power is on, but doesn’t cool. Called Best Buy to set up service and no one calls back or they leave you on hold until I hung up after 50 mins!!!! Not the service I expect for being an ELITE PLUS customer!!!

Cannot Recommend

The glass door is a nice touch. I bought this a couple of years ago and put it under a cabinet in my bar. The interior is cheap and the wire shelves don't keep cans or bottles upright. I constantly deal with things falling over and cracking the plastic interior when they hit it. Then to top it off. It has stopped cooling. Parts for this unit are very hard to find. There is little repair information on the internet and the cost to have it repaired would nearly equal the cost of a new unit. I would not recommend this unit.

Terrible look comoaired to similar oprions

This was just looks cheap and out if place compaired to the wine fridge. Wibe fridge was $100 less wnd insignia as well. White light is outdated and far from seek. Would return but Best Buy’s terrible return policy already past. So trash or craigslist it goes.

I received it last month but didn't use it immediately. When finally plugged it in last week, it didn't work at all. I've been trying to contact Insignia for a resolution, but since it's beyond the return window, they refuse to exchange it and won't help with bringing it for in-store service

Insignia Undercounter refrigerators

Compressor died a few days after free return/trade

By day 16 it was barley holding temp and a day or two later the compressor died. Now we need to haul it back to Best Buy and wait for them to fix it or choose to replace it.

Damaged refrigerator

Finally we had to pick one up at the store almost one month after we originally ordered it. Very frustrating and time consuming. Spent so many hours on the phone to get it right. Then had to make three trips to the store.

Now it isn’t getting cool at all. I loved the price for the product, but it’s not worth the bargain.

Does not cool, Best Buy a nightmare to order from

Got an RMA. Best Buy impossible to work with. Said they would send a replacement but never did, I can't get a hold of anyone, and now I have filed a complaint with BBB.
