Cannot Recommend

The glass door is a nice touch. I bought this a couple of years ago and put it under a cabinet in my bar. The interior is cheap and the wire shelves don't keep cans or bottles upright. I constantly deal with things falling over and cracking the plastic interior when they hit it. Then to top it off. It has stopped cooling. Parts for this unit are very hard to find. There is little repair information on the internet and the cost to have it repaired would nearly equal the cost of a new unit. I would not recommend this unit.

Worst purchase from Best Buy

I received it last month but didn't use it immediately. When finally plugged it in last week, it didn't work at all. I've been trying to contact Insignia for a resolution, but since it's beyond the return window, they refuse to exchange it and won't help with bringing it for in-store service

Insignia Undercounter refrigerators

Damaged refrigerator

Finally we had to pick one up at the store almost one month after we originally ordered it. Very frustrating and time consuming. Spent so many hours on the phone to get it right. Then had to make three trips to the store.

Compressor died a few days after free return/trade

By day 16 it was barley holding temp and a day or two later the compressor died. Now we need to haul it back to Best Buy and wait for them to fix it or choose to replace it.

Great look. Dysfunctional product.

Now it isn’t getting cool at all. I loved the price for the product, but it’s not worth the bargain.

Does not cool, Best Buy a nightmare to order from

Got an RMA. Best Buy impossible to work with. Said they would send a replacement but never did, I can't get a hold of anyone, and now I have filed a complaint with BBB.

Frustrating and disappointed

The moment I turn it on it was a loud noise. Confirm the compressor is bad. Return the next day and attempt to order another and there were no more in stock for delivery.

Horrible....Noisy Fan

disappointed

We got a replacement, it was not as loud, one corner had some damage, but still did not cool to even close to 34 degrees, the front of the cooler was 50 degrees and toward the back was mid 40 degrees. I would not recommend this product

Doesn't really work
