However, the customer service I received on this purchase was complete garbage. The kid had no clue about anything to do with freezers. He then straight up lied about the date of delivery. I had to take a whole day of work off because of his lie, and I also had to pay the butcher extra money to store my beef. They really are trying to lose my business.

I learned that this is something characteristic of the equipment. Other than that, it is an excellent appliance.
