BB's only Dual Charger

I bought it specifically because I needed a dual port charger and had a gift card to BB. This was the only option at the store in my area. One note. Iphone4S appears to draw more power than a the charger can provided. While I was driving my phones battery was still being drained. It did slow the rate though.
