We have used this for quick charging around town and for long trips and have used while charging two phones at once. So far this seems to work as recommended. It charges our phones just as quickly as the wall plug charger does.

Lights up blue.

I like that it lights up blue when its working so you don't have to guess if it is powered or not. Also there is a line that tells you which port is the higher voltage.

2 USB connector for cigarette lighter

And should I not find it, I will look for an assist from one of the guys wondering around. Best Buys employees are not necessarily helpful. They are seen but usually do not ask if they could help. Anyway, I bought this item and have been using it since.
