We knew when it arrived that the freezer was popping open when we closed the refrigerator door, but we thought we would just live with it versus having to orchestrate an exchange. However several times now the items in our freezer have defrosted because a guest closes the refrigerator door not knowing that the freezer pops open. It’s basic refrigerator functionality - ridiculous that this happens.

For the most part I do like it, but when I put a gallon of milk in the door the door kept coming open. I guess it’s mostly just adjusting to the changes from what I was used to.

I called customer support and they said they would send me the screws but instead they send me the top handle with set screws and not the screws that hold the handle to the fridge.
