However, I ordered 2, and one had a damaged handle and it has been weeks and I have yet to receive the replacement part.

When you close the freezer door, the fridge door pops open. We have to make sure both doors close every time we use one door. Even when both doors are closed, the freezer doesn't keeps food frozen. Pizza thaws out. Ice cream treats create a mess. Sadly this was a $500 waste of money. I'll need to buy a new refrigerator.
