Need a fridge in the upper floor, this one does the work.

Works great and easy to use. Good sized freezer section.

Very good refrigerator, was a gift for my nice. She love it.

Not terrible. I purchased it for a garage fridge and that is what it is good for. Fairly small. Hinges are a bit sticky. Door trays aren't designed for what I need it for. But it keeps everything cold which is all that matters.

This seemed like a nice affordable refrigerator. We got open box. One of the handles was messed up and they ordered another one. They said they would call when it was in. I called once about it and never got a call back, so I never got the handle. I travel a lot so im not home much and the store is about an hour from me. You would think it could be mailed. Now a little over 2 years later its running rough and loud. It sounds like the compressor is going out. We keep the dust vacuumed out, so that's not it. Parts are really hard to find. I wouldn't ever buy this brand again.

The product makes humming and creaking noises. They have become increasingly louder and we have owned this for less than 1 month. One of the drawers was also broken. This is a Best Buy product and Best Buy will not help determine who the manufacturer is. They say there is no recourse and no repair personnel who can look at this. I not recommend this product, I have always trusted Best Buy but and have been very disappointed in their response.

This fridge worked for about a week and then stopped cooling. I bought a freezer thermometer and the freezer would not get any colder than 32 degrees. I called BB and they said that I had to go to the mfg. It took me over 2 weeks to get onto their site. They contacted a local repair company who came over and checked it out. They said that they had to order parts. After 3 weeks they called to schedule the repair. The called 2 days before the repair date and explained that they had another unit that was needing the same parts and that the ones that came in were not correct. They rescheduled for 3 more weeks down the road. They called back and said that they still did not have the correct parts. I am waiting on them to call and reschedule. So far I have had this unit since May and it is still not working! (there also appears to be another unit in my city that has the same problem)
