During the first delivery, the fridge was damaged and had to wait another few days for new delivery. The fridge looks great and is not bad for the price!

We bought this product as an extra fridge to store in the garage. We didn't need all the fancy upgrades. It works well, nothing fancy, but no problems. Only issue, I would prefer plastic shelves over the metal shelves, as it's uneven to store drinks. We put plexiglass down and it works well.

Always liked and trusted Insignia brand by Best Buy Over the years (actually decades) I have purchased many items branded Insignia I still have most ( if not all of them today). Hopefully this will last as long as those . I previously purchased a mini fridge from Best Buy and it works great, I just needed something bigger. I love this refrigerator and unless you really want to shell out the extra $100 or so for a name brand, I encourage you to buy this one.

Works great Spacious and cool, nice finishing overall good value for money

We were able to have the doors reversed before delivery. Which we recommend to be done at all times rather than at the customer's residence, to ensure that the doors fit properly. On the previous orders the door when reserved after delivery, they did not seal. We like the handle on this model and the glass shelves. The installers were excellent and did a good job. They were very professional and considerate and ensured that we were totally satisfied with the refrigerator and the installation.

After setting everything up and plugging it in, the fridge was working as stated. It took a few days, but eventually the temperature inside the fridge and freezer were just the way I like it and everything seemed great. Unfortunately, a huge problem arose after the first day. The outside temperature of the fridge's side were extremely hot to the touch, almost to the point were I felt like I was about to get a burn. This had me very concern about how long the fridge would last even though it was cooling my food just fine. It was only hot when the compressor was running and cool to the touch when it was off, but nevertheless, had me very worried over the next week. After discussing with Insignia support, I feel like it was best to return it and grab another brand (I went with GE to match my stove). Ultimately, I not sure I can recommend this fridge. The insides do a great job on keeping food cool/frozen, but the hot sides should give you pause. I can only recommend getting it if your fridge's sides stay cool/warm to the touch like it should.

We needed a small refrigerator to use in a hurray as our 5yr old Kenmore had just "died"! We lost about $400 or more in food and couldn't get a repair man out for 3 weeks. After a lot of searching of other brand name refrigerators, we decided on the Insignia due to the size, cost and the reliability of the brand name. I have other Insignia products and I am very satisfied with this in store brand. Plus they stand behind everything they sell with Geek Squad protection plans.

Needed a inexpensive refrigerator until the big move. This waa a great buy. The guys who dropped it off was great. Only bad thing I would say is DO NOT PURCHASE THE DISPOSABLE of old refrigerator FOR $25. This is when they take your old refrigerator and just put it out by your trash. Unless you have a stainless, or physically unable to do so. It is not worth the extra cost.

Very quiet. Large refrigerator, average size freezer. Heavy duty wire shelving. (I purchased the 18 cubic foot size.) I love the large door shelves in the refrigerator, very roomy for condiments and juices. I have been keeping track of the temperature of both the refrigerator & freezer. I keep both refrigerator & freezer on the coldest settings. It averages about 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit (optimal reading for a refrigerator) in the refrigerator but the freezer seems to be a little off. The items kept in the door shelves of the freezer don’t seem to be quite as frozen as the items towards the back of the freezer. Which means if it is full, the items in the door don’t freeze all the way through, like they should. So, I tested this theory with OtterPops (similar to popsicles). They simply did not freeze all the way through when stored in the door. This makes me worry about the meats I had in there. So just recently, I threw away several items away do to my doubt in the frozen meats (it’s simply not worth the risk of salmonella). Once I removed some larger items from the back, to make some room, it seems to work so much better. It’s not a big deal but just don’t keep the freezer “packed full” and there are really no worries and everything works great. The delivery was very timely and delivery people were super professional and ever so friendly. This ‘fridge/freezer been worth every penny, in my opinion.

Great for small spaces. Fridge can use another side bin to add additional space. Freezer section bins are narrow. Shelves bend slightly but overall okay.

I love this refrigerator. It was purchased because my Kenmore Elite died on me after 5 years...as soon as the warranty ran out! I needed something to fill the void until I could afford to replace my bigger refrigerator. The Insignia brand was THE BEST buy for the money and because of the security of service behind the Geek Squad plan. This will now be a great 2nd refrigerator for bulk buying!

Needed an a second refrigerator for water and large trays for big dinners. It's in the garage and a perfect fit. Great price...fits my needs

Has grate-style shelves rather than solid/glass shelves, but it's a minor matter and bit enough to detract from the rating. Great value!

It has lots of room and is easy to find items in. It will be very easy to keep clean.

Great refrigerator big to put a lot of food in and have enough space to organize it all. That's both the refrigerator and freezer.
