We had another unit delivered and again the top freezer door comes agar when you close the lower door. It seems to be a unit fault and it needs to be assess for considering the rubber seal is not good.

Air passages between the freezer and refrigerator allow this to happen. This is a stripped down PRC produced product which has no real quality. I bought for the garage and excess storage. Little did I know that they did not even adjust the door magnets so that when you closed one door the other or both opened. Best Buy is degrading their brand selling this product at any price. The best buy associates are aware and upfront with the issues.

Incomplete delivery

Refrigerator delivered without ice maker. Second delivery was cancelled night before ice maker was to arrive. Third delivery scheduled two months out. I have not used the new refrigerator till l have the I've maker. I would return the refrigerator if I could.
